Come make things people can’t scroll past
We hire people who care more about the work being good than about it being finished. Small team, real ownership, no layers of approval between an idea and it going live.

Own the strategy, calendar and community for a handful of brands — from the idea to the caption to the comments section.
What you’ll do
- Build monthly content strategies and calendars for 3–5 client brands
- Write copy and hooks that survive a fast thumb
- Brief photographers, editors and designers on what you need
- Run community management and turn comments into conversations
- Report on what actually moved — reach, saves, DMs, sales
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years running brand social accounts (agency or in-house)
- A portfolio of accounts you grew, with numbers attached
- Native fluency in Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn formats
- Comfortable being on camera occasionally
Technical audits, content strategy and link acquisition for clients who need to be found on Google before they can be sold to.
What you’ll do
- Run technical SEO audits and work with devs to ship the fixes
- Build keyword maps and content briefs that target real search intent
- Own on-page optimisation, internal linking and schema markup
- Earn links through genuinely useful content and digital PR
- Report rankings, traffic and conversions in plain English
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of hands-on SEO with results you can show
- Fluent in GSC, GA4, Ahrefs or Semrush, and Screaming Frog
- Understand Core Web Vitals well enough to argue with a developer
- Write well — a lot of SEO is just editing
Build fast, accessible, search-friendly marketing sites and storefronts that load in a blink on a mid-range phone.
What you’ll do
- Build client sites in React / Vite with an eye on Core Web Vitals
- Turn design files into pixel-honest, responsive, accessible interfaces
- Implement SEO fundamentals: semantic HTML, schema, sitemaps, SSR
- Ship to Vercel and keep the deployment pipeline boring
What we’re looking for
- Strong React, modern JavaScript and CSS — no framework crutches
- You have shipped something that scores 90+ on Lighthouse
- Care about accessibility as a default, not a checklist
- Bonus: SSR / static generation, headless CMS, e-commerce platforms
Shoot product, lifestyle and campaign work — then cut it into something that stops a scroll.
What you’ll do
- Plan and shoot product, lifestyle and campaign photography
- Shoot and edit short-form vertical video for social
- Handle lighting, styling and set-up on location and in studio
- Colour grade and retouch to a consistent brand look
What we’re looking for
- A portfolio that shows range, not just one good shoot
- Confident with lighting — natural and artificial
- Fluent in Lightroom, Photoshop and Premiere or Resolve
- Own kit is a plus but not required
Brand identities, campaign systems and social assets that look like they came from somewhere with taste.
What you’ll do
- Design logos, brand systems and guidelines from scratch
- Produce campaign and social assets across formats
- Keep every client’s output visually consistent
- Work alongside the web team on UI and landing pages
What we’re looking for
- A portfolio with at least one full identity system in it
- Excellent typography instincts
- Figma fluency; Illustrator and After Effects a bonus
Write everything from a 12-word hook to a 2,000-word article that ranks — and make both sound like the same brand.
What you’ll do
- Write SEO articles, landing pages, ad copy and social captions
- Adapt tone of voice across very different client brands
- Work from keyword briefs without writing for robots
- Edit and fact-check the team’s writing
What we’re looking for
- Published writing samples across at least two formats
- You can self-edit ruthlessly
- Comfortable with SEO briefs, search intent and internal linking
A six-month paid internship across social, SEO and content. Real client work from week two, not coffee runs.
What you’ll do
- Support campaign research, reporting and competitor analysis
- Draft social copy and schedule content under supervision
- Help with keyword research and content briefs
- Sit in on client calls and take the notes that matter
What we’re looking for
- Genuine interest in marketing — show us something you made
- Organised, curious and fine with feedback
- Available for at least six months, full-time
What you actually get
No ping-pong table in the list. These are the things people tell us they stayed for.
Remote-first, actually
Work from wherever you think clearly. We plan around timezones, not desks.
Real ownership
You present your own work to clients. No account manager reading your slides for you.
Learning budget
An annual budget for courses, kit, conferences and software you can justify.
Four-day sprints
Fridays are for deep work, learning and internal projects — not status meetings.
Paid time off that gets used
Generous leave, and a team lead whose job includes making sure you take it.
Kit that works
A machine that can handle your job, and the software licences to go with it.
Five steps, about three weeks
You will always know where you stand, and you will hear back either way.
Apply
Send your CV and portfolio. A short note about why this role beats you more than a cover letter does.
Intro call
25 minutes with someone from the team. Mostly about how you work and what you want next.
Paid task
A small, realistic brief. We pay for it, and we never ship unpaid test work to clients.
Team chat
Meet the people you would actually work with. Ask them the hard questions.
Offer
A decision within a week, and honest feedback either way.
Before you apply
Do you hire fully remote?
Most roles are fully remote. Studio and photography roles are hybrid because cameras do not work over Zoom. Each listing says which it is.
What if there is no role open that fits me?
Send an open application anyway. We keep strong profiles on file and a good chunk of our hires came in before the role existed.
Do you take freelancers?
Yes — photographers, editors, writers and designers. Send your portfolio and rate card and we will get in touch when a project lines up.
Do you offer internships?
We run a paid six-month internship across social, SEO and content. Interns do real client work and a majority have converted to full-time roles.
What does your hiring process look like?
An intro call, a short paid task, and a conversation with the team you would join. Usually two to three weeks end to end.
How should I send my portfolio?
A link is better than an attachment. Show three pieces you are proud of and tell us what your specific contribution was on each.
Tell us what you’d want to do here.
We keep strong profiles on file and open roles around the right people more often than you’d think.
